Fleetwood Area School District added a new clause to its controlled substance policy on Jan. Fleetwood Area School District Superintendent Paul Eaken said there were no specific events that triggered the changes to the policy. Eaken also said that the Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA) helps them to “bring policies up to date and in compliance with new laws and regulations. Some of these include dizziness, ear infections, abdominal pain or bloating, headaches, mood swings, nausea, high blood pressure, jaundice, joint pain, heart disease and delusion. read more
